Groundwork is a federation of charities with a shared mission to take practical action towards creating a fair and green future where people, places, and nature can thrive.
Thanks to funds raised by players of People’s Postcode Lottery and awarded by Postcode Local Trust, Groundwork will distribute funding through the Grassroots Grants programme. This initiative supports small, local organisations in England that are making a positive impact in their communities.
Grant Details
- Unrestricted grants ranging from £500 to £2,000 are available.
- Open to organisations with an annual income under £25,000 in the last financial year.
This partnership aims to:
- Support small grassroots organisations to create meaningful, community-level impact.
- Provide flexible funding to help organisations build capacity and achieve their charitable goals.
- Target community-led organisations with lived experience to enable long-term, sustainable change.
- Strengthen local support services by increasing organisational capacity and capability.
