Our involvement doesn’t end with awarding you a grant. Following a successful application, we're keen to work collaboratively to deliver the best possible outcomes for your project, as well as acknowledging the support of players of People's Postcode Lottery.
Should you have any successes that you would like to share with our team, or encounter challenges, please do contact us in the first instance.
Project Evaluation Form
Once your project has been completed we require a project evaluation report - allowing us to assess the outcomes and impacts of your project, and highlight specific case studies.
Please complete this and return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We also need to see that you are accurately and sufficiently acknowledging the support of players of People's Postcode Lottery on site and at events related to your project.
This may include at events, on your website, social media, on equipment/clothing or in photographs.
Before undertaking any acknowledgment an email will be sent to you from our Communications department with a guide which will outline how to acknowledge your award. You may also order branded materials (free of charge):
All grant-holders should also put out a press release to local (or national) media in order to acknowledge the support of players and publicise your project.
Prior to doing so, you must contact the Communications team at People's Postcode Lottery for further information: email@example.com
